If you'd like to volunteer to work with our kids, we ask that you fill out our background check form. Forms can be  emailed to us at office@nortonvillechapel.org, or returned in person. If you would like to teach, you will need to review our church constitution, and agree to teach in accordance to the beliefs outlined within.  Filling out an application does not guarantee that you will be able to volunteer with us, but we will follow up with you as soon as we can.
